A late checkout was initially granted, but housekeeping repeatedly knocked and attempted to enter the room, which was incredibly disruptive. Sleep was nearly impossible with the constant interruptions, leading to a very frustrating experience. While I appreciated the room's accessibility features and cleanliness, the disturbances overshadowed any positive aspects.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, efficiently assisting with my airport shuttle needs. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, providing a quiet retreat for my business needs. The pillows were too soft.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The hotel was a great base for exploring Seattle. We hit up the Seattle Waterfront and Des Moines Marina, which were fun spots. They offer a free shuttle to the nearby Angle Lake station, making it easy to reach downtown. Breakfast had solid options, too. Definitely a place to consider for your next trip!
One downside was that we couldn't get a roll-away bed for our room, which was a bit disappointing since we were traveling with a group.

The breakfast provided a great selection with standout waffles. I appreciated the coffee in the lobby which offered a nice blend, better than most hotels. The convenience of getting to downtown Seattle via the sky rail was a plus.
I noticed the walking distance to the sky rail was a bit longer than expected for some guests.

The room was really spacious and clean with a super comfortable king bed. Loved the layout—it had a nice little kitchenette area with a fridge and microwave. The bathroom had quality toiletries and lots of towels. Only downside was the pillows, which were way too soft for my taste. But overall, a great spot!

The staff provided exceptional service, helping set up shuttle transfers that were timely and efficient for our plans. The rooms are clean and comfortable, featuring useful bedside charging stations. Breakfast options were plentiful, including smoothies, though I missed the fresh cookies at the front desk. Minor downside, the shuttle service had some delays during pick-up and the dispatcher was hard to reach at times.

Just a great fit for a city holiday in SeaTac with good value. The staff was super friendly, making check-in a breeze. Look for nearby restaurants for dinner since there's no dining on site.

The stay included a beautifully updated room with a generous shower and excellent linens, ensuring comfort and cleanliness. However, encountering persistent housekeeping disturbances was frustrating, leading to sleeplessness despite late checkout arrangements. The breakfast selection, especially the big salads, added to the experience, but the TV disruptions during the renovation were unfortunate overall.

Clean rooms and super helpful staff!
I stayed 1 night and was really impressed! The room was big and clean. They had a mini fridge and microwave. The staff were awesome. they even rushed a shuttle for another guest who was late. Only thing was, the underground parking key cards never worked right. No restaurant here, but they had a snack bar at least.
